Spent a couple Sunday afternoons browsing the parking lot, looking to downsize from my 2020 F150 and settled on the new Bronco Sport Big Bend model. JP Hernandez was my salesman and Peter Shaked was the finance guy. Both are amazing people and I highly recommend both. This is now the 5th vehicle that my family has purchased at Kitchener Ford and I'm sure we will be back!
Terrible experience. The staff were pushy and rude, and they made buying a car a dreadful process. The young woman in finance kept pushing add-ons we'd clearly said we didn't want, and she told us we were making a big mistake by not listening to her, even though it was obvious she didn't know what she was talking about.
