Customer Service at Kitchener Ford does not exist. My Ford truck broke down while I was travelling from Sarnia to an appointment I had in Kitchener on Thursday. I thought the logic solution was to have my truck towed to Kitchener Ford. That was a big mistake. I got the truck in to the dealership at 2:30pm and was told they couldn't look at the truck until Friday morning. I then got a car rental in order to get home. The sales team was very helpful and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the complete opposite. I purchased a 2022 Lariat and began experiencing multiple issues almost immediately. The most frustrating problem was that the FordPass system would not connect or function properly with my phone.
