Errol and Kimberly Roussel and David Dickerson should really make a serious staff change and consider making things more flexible in their dirty Snooze rip off of a restaurant. Went here for breakfast asked if I could sub my eggs on my 12 dollar breakfast and was told they could only exclude them and I could have bread, sausage, and hashbrowns for that price. Just not good service! There is like 4 people working and the guys at the front desk were on the phone for a solid 4 minutes before ever looking up and acknowledging customers! Won't come back. Can't imagine if it was packed! Plus the food sucks! Sorry kitchen 24 - guess everyone was right this is a past 2am place like suggested
Love this place! It's always full of great energy,people and yummy food. Happy hour specials are awesome and the staff is always friendly and knows my order before I have to ask.
