Prices are high and customer service is very poor. If you need/want to return and item, good luck. It better be seriously malfunctioning, and even then you may be out of luck. My advice to you is go to 50th and France or Williams Sonoma in the Galleria (Edina). Their goal is to make you happy, no matter what. Kitchen Windows goal is to sell you overpriced, inferior products and leave you stuck with them.
