I attended a cooking class last night -- Thai Food. The teacher was excellent, and the food delicious. New ideas and recipes for me. It was great! Well done. But be aware that you cook four dishes and then eat them! It was a lot of food; if I had known that, I wouldn't have eaten all day. Couldn't finish it all, and was sad, because it was so delicious!
Last night my husband I took the knife skills class at Kitchen Window. This class was WAY more then I had excepted! We were there almost 4 hours-- not only did we learn a ton about knives & cutting technics but it was fun, there was wine & food was delicious! Also, I'm pretty much #beatrixkiddo now too. We'll definitely be back.
Excellent, great instruction, crew and experience. Would do it again!!!
