This kitchen remodel was a nightmare. The team seemed untrained and inexperienced. They refused to fix their mistakes. Cabinet doors don’t close properly. The grout between tiles cracked within days. They never cleaned up after themselves. The estimate was misleading. They broke my microwave and denied it. Customer service stopped responding. I wish I had researched more before hiring them.
I regret hiring this remodeling company immediately. They used cheap materials despite my upgrade requests. The backsplash tiles were uneven. Lighting fixtures were installed in the wrong places. They didn’t cover furniture, causing dust everywhere. The project manager rarely showed up. They missed several deadlines. My appliances were scratched during installation. The final bill had surprise charges. A complete waste of time and money.
Being new to Miami and knowing we had to embark on a kitchen renovation could have been a very stressful situation.
