Kitchen Mouse started almost 4 years ago as a small catering business in owner Erica Daking's home kitchen, cooking for friends and private dinners. Soon, word got out of Erica's modern spin of gluten free, vegan food that not only invited the health conscious to enjoy, but everyone else too. Such a challenge to find delicious, gluten-free and vegetarian for my husband these days and this place delivers! We tried the restaurant for brunch on a Sunday. So good I had to have them cater his birthday party the following weekend. They were really accommodating (especially on short notice), Erica is great to work with, and the food was amazing!
