I’ve been a Home Depot customer for years, but this experience was awful. I bought a washer and dryer set for my rental, and the washer that arrived on Sept 27 didn’t work at all. Customer service told me the replacement couldn’t come until Oct 11, leaving my tenant without a washer for over two weeks and me having to give a break on rent. They offered only a $100 gift card and no real solution, and the rep I dealt, Nasine, with was unprofessional. Home Deport at 3155 Highway 7, Markham, Ontario, Canada. This is the most "DISCRIMINATED Home Deport" I have ever seen. They treat Non-Chinese customers very very well, but not for Chinese customers. Especially for Mandarin-spoken Chinese, they will try their best to give HARD TIME. Today I was at Home Depot Spruce Grove to buy Concrete Bags, due to an health issue and the fact that I am a not so strong woman, I tried to find some one working there to give me a hand to load those bags into my card and on to my truck. I asked 2 Employees to help me or find someone to give me a hand, nothing happened, so I went to the customer service desk and the Lady there gave me a hand and quickly realized that she won't be able to lift those bags either, she managed to find someone to load them for me into my card. ... read more

I was at the Newmarket store on Friday September 6th. I had a warranty issue with my Milwaukee charger. Guillermo the Milwaukee rep and Aaron the Home Depot associate were absolutely fantastic in taking care of my needs. Very poor service. First employee sent me to the store. Second employee was no help at all. Could not answer my questions. Said he would get someone to help me. Waited around for 10 minutes. No one came so I left. Very disappointing.
