I am not a resident of Taos and feel because of that, I receive a careless attitude when I call to order propane. The gas deliverers are always courteous and friendly, though. The customer service dept needs lessons on how to be tactful and not make excuses why they can't deliver on the day you are scheduled. I have to call on the day of delivery to make sure and most of every time the driver does not have me on their list. We non-resident customers are just as important. Treat us that way.
I'm very curious to know why your brand spanking new fiber update that the coop and taxpayers have paid significantly for, is so slow? You are offering packages that are no better than DSL. Fiber is the best technology out there for high speed internet yet you are throttling things back so far that there's no incentive to drop DSL. You can't even label it as broadband given your speeds don't match the 25Mbps threshold. Best you are offering is 20mbps and that's a $100/month package.
