Electric is ok but internet no. If u don’t pay by due date they disconnected ur service But wen it comes to the internet beening down. They don’t fix problem right away. I gotta wait for days.

Can I leave less than 1 star? Firstly, we have NEVER received any kind of statement telling us when our internet is due and then they email you something you can’t even reply to saying your bill is past due!! They think that their customers are mind readers and are just suppose to know when their bill is due EVEN THOUGH WEVE NEVER RECIVED ANYTHING WITH A DUE DATE ON IT. Been sitting here without electricity almost 6 hours now....good thing I decided to get dry ice from the store... kinda funny it was only supposed to take 3 to 4 hours to repair the damage from the idiot that hit the power pole by the Taos Motel..... But I guess when you're getting holiday pay......

Today, 3/1/2018, I tried to pay bill via website but the website is not working. I called kit carson by phone and was able to talk to a real person. She gave me the bill amount but could not help me complete the bill payment. The person said she could not access the website. Now, I understand kit carson monopolizes the Taos area regarding electricity and charges everyone extra to pay for energy therefore I expect kit carson to be functional especially online services.
