Loma Linda and Angostura Homes have been without internet for 10 days. Very poor response and communications from KC telecom. If you are in town consider another provider.
Going on 6 months waiting for Kit Carson to come bury their cable properly. One call back in that 6 months, one! And still no action. This is even slow by Taos standards, unacceptable!
Lowest rating available, too high in this case! 0 stars would be too many! Constant outages in Angel Fire, but no real repairs, just bandaids on gaping chest wounds!
