The wait in the waiting room is RIDICULOUS! Don't they know that we might be hungry and in pain from a 3 day prep! They need to schedule they times better damnn!
Waited 3 hours after my appt time just to be taken back. This is after a 3 day prep with very little food. They should schedule better. What a joke!! And then charge over 100 for facilities fee! Smh
It is a nice place. Nurses and Doctors are real nice. The only thing, is that in the Prep Room there is so much notice! People talking loud about their lives. And they really don't follow HIPPA rules and regulations. Today, I heard the lady next to me answering questions, that are private.
