My Appointment was 7/10/2018 @ 9:00 am. My husband and I arrived, I signed in, told them that I was going a cross the street to the other building, I had to get paper work from a Doctor's office that was waiting for me. That took all but 5 minutes. when we got back I went to the window and told them I was back,I ask them if they called me they said yes and gave me the paper work to sign. I had an appointment had 10a.m. When I arrived at the office I was given a tag with the doctor’s name and the number 14. The paper with instructions said I might be there for 3-4 hours. I was not aware that I would be sitting in the waiting room all of that time since they were only on number 8 when I arrived. I was finally taken in for my procedure around 12:30. My appointment was for 10:45 and I was fasting since last night. I waited in the lobby for 3.5 hours.This office overbooked their appointments and the waiting area is boring watching the same commercials.
The Doctor and the stafe tried to do the best,I recommend that place.
