I had an appointment had 10a.m. When I arrived at the office I was given a tag with the doctor’s name and the number 14. The paper with instructions said I might be there for 3-4 hours. I was not aware that I would be sitting in the waiting room all of that time since they were only on number 8 when I arrived. I was finally taken in for my procedure around 12:30. I went there to get a new patien appointment , the person at the reception told me that I need to sign in to be called for appt , I waited while the front staff continue talking personal business and did not get acknowledged once . I have great insurance Cigna PPO , I understand that this office seems to stay busy but I was the only one waiting!!! I would had loved to see Dr Rivera who I hear he is a great Dr. . Waiting, waiting waiting. Been here since 9:30a. My appointment is for 11:20a, but received a message to be here for 10a. It's now 11:15a and I'm number 8 on the list for the procedure from my Dr. They haven't called number 1 yet. Guess my appointment is not at 11:20a. Annnnnd I'm fasting. So very thirsty and getting hungry.
