Ordered flowers for valentine day with delivery on the 13th. After checking with FTD on the whereabouts of my order twice on 13th and 14th I canceled the order around 4:30 on the 14th. Flower delivery person arrived at 6pm but turned the delivery away. So disappointing. Shame on FTD for continuing to use this florist despite numerous complaints about the timeliness of Kiss’ delivery history. FTD will not divulge the name of the florist they use. Had I known this would never have placed the order.
Left a plant delivery OUTSIDE on our front porch in 11-degree weather while we attended a funeral. The plant also died, of course.
Ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers for a friend of mine on 1/12 at 7:30am and they were delivered that afternoon. I also received updates when the flowers were in route and when they were delivered. Friend was very pleased how beautiful the bouquet was!
My husband ordered me a birthday arrangement that didn't arrive until 6:30 p.m. THE NEXT DAY with busted up flowers and no 6 dollar balloon that he PAID for. Absolute disgrace and I feel so bad for my husband trying to do something sweet and spending money on a premium floral arrangement just for it to show up late and busted up. Do not order from here.
