I cannot begin to express how incredibly impressed I am with the Kishwaukee Family YMCA. We joined a week ago, and since then, we've been welcomed so wonderfully by staff members and community members. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We've worked out in on the cardio and weight machines, gone rollerskating, and I've taken Circuit Training, Zumba, and Group Power. Every instructor has been TOP NOTCH, and the classes are so much fun! We are so happy, and we love being members! Thank you!
Currently taking an indoor rowing class on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Dawn. I love the class and have loss 10 lbs since I started a few weeks ago. Please keep this class going. It and the instructor are both wonderful!
I have been very disappointed lately about no room in the Zumba classes. If the YMCA knows that Zumba is popular they should have multiple classes every night. I'm tired of finding no parking and then coming in and having no Zumba cards available.
Love love love the Aqua Zumba water class and the Deep Water jog class, water excersises are the best.
