I have been a sporadic member for years... the last 2 summer memberships we had were fabulous! We decided to continue our membership this year. The free classes are great and it's what keeps me coming back. I started with the lunch yoga, moved on to Pilates and step and I'm thinking about trying power core. I have dropped a pant size, lost weight, gained muscle, strengthened my core and meet some great new people. Thank you for helping me be a healthier me! And p.s. my daughter loves coming to the kids zone!
Love coming to the Y! I love all the free programs and classes offered to members. My kids--11, 7, 4 & 3mos love going to the kid zone and activity center. Not to mention, this mommy loves the alone time to squeeze my fitness in too!!
