I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly, helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? I have always been extremely impressed by the excellent level of care that I receive here. All of the staff are quite friendly and welcoming, and it is clear that my health is their first concern. Two things I was recently impressed with: 1) I had an elderly friend who required an urgent assessment of a tooth before surgery, and they fit her into their schedule and treated her with the utmost care and respect (so much so she now wants to see them regularly), and, 2) When I had a cavity filled recently I realized just how cut... read more
