Professional and patient, great staff
Very happy with my experience. The lady who greeted and took my information was beyond welcoming, and I value that a lot. The optometrist was very kind and calm - there was no rush at all, and I value that as well during an eye test. So, overall a very good experience.
Dr. Kirti has been my optometrist for over 30 years. I even take my child to get his eyes checked with Dr. Kirti. Always kind, always patient, Dr. Kirti takes his time to explain any question you may have about your eyes. I have recommended Dr. Kirti to many people over the years and will gladly continue to do so.
I’ve been ordering my contacts for 10+ years for this location, never complained about major things like either the doctor not being present when I’ve made appointments. But the last two times I’ve ordered my contacts from here, the customer service has been horrible. Months ago, the woman who tried to place my order, claimed she couldn’t find my file, and advised I call back and speak to the receptionist who is usually there who is Paola.
