Dr Kirtane is the best but seems to have too many patients. When you call about an issue or a need the wait time is up to 72 hours. The front desk is not forwarding requests to the doctor apparently.
Dr. is ok but his staff is the worst. They never answer the phone and rarely return calls. How do you run a business like this?
Have always been extremely pleased with Dr. Kirtane and the care I receive. I give hm five stars. However, if you have to handle anything by phone, good luck. Phones calls are rarely returned, and then only after repeated messages are left. It is truly quite troublesome.
Dr Kirtane has been my specialist since 2005 and is an excellent physician that treats the holistic way. He is my pulmonary but is open to all questions. Am blessed to have found him in 2005 as I believe he saved my life.

Dr Kirtani and his staff are the greatest. He is always willing to take the time necessary to answer your questions and educate his patients. His staff is on top of everything. They always answer my voice mails and on occation I send a fax which is always handled. I would not look for a better pulmonologist. I love the office and staff
I have no issues with Dr. Kirtane, it's his staff I have an issue with. They are a joke. Voicemails are full and no one ever answers the phone... EVER. I won't be going back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS POORLY RUN OFFICE, there are many other doctors with professional staff out there. I'd rate the office a negative 500 if I could.
I have been seeing Dr Kirtane for 13 years and he has been professional, kind and an excellent pulmonologist. He does a great bronchoscopy. I am an RN and have always appreciated the care he has shown me during several hospitalizations for Sarcoid and surgeries. He does take time to answer your questions and do a detailed history.
No, I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. I did not go for any follow-up appointments for several reasons. First, the billing coordinator (Shawn) did not notify me that when my procedure was scheduled at the hospital it was after the date my insurance would cover the procedure. Even though I had met with him previously and had been assured that my insurance would pay since my deductible had been met. This meant I was out of pocket for over $1500. Also, the office always smelled very bad.
