Can’t stress this enough, stay away from Rob Kirsh. Terrible attorney. Doesn’t check in with all parties before placing a child with a family. He won’t put in the time and effort to make sure your adoption is understood by every one, birth father included. He’s willing to take short cuts and risk the adoption by not contacting all parents of the birth child. Again, his advice is bad, his judgement is bad, and he should not be practicing law.
