Discruntled Tenants – Please feel free to read the next to reviews as well as the response to the reviews. These are from two tenants who did not abide by the lease they signed! The first tenant is Charles Petkus & he rented 15502 Wetstone Drive, He broke his lease by not paying last months rent. The second person since they did not put there name could be anyone. Dishonest Crooks – Rented home from Kirschner Realty for 4 1/2 years. During that time I did over $5,000 in repairs and upgrades. Neighbors were astounded at transformation of improvements of home. Won best home from home association in neighbor. When I left I was assured from Mr. Tom Kirschner, that I would receive my $2,400.00 deposit back. DISHONORABLE – DO NOT RENT FROM KIRSCHNER REALTY! They operate a awful business. I rented a 3bd/ 2ba. home under a one year lease and never paid late for any payments or gave them any trouble; yet they could not return the courtesy of good business or honesty. They have randomnly and without warning come into my home and accused me of owning a dog when I did not and charged me a $250 fee as well as a $50 charge monthly.
