Kirscher Realty is quite a disappointment. Rents to bad tenants and does nothing to fix it. Kirscher Realty is quite a disappointment. We went there for help with one of the homes their tenants rent and were greeted nicely by Karen and Tom Kirscher, told they would take care of it with proof (pictures), then receive outrageous emails stating they to leave them alone and they will no longer deal with the issues their tenants are causing forwarding us to the police and other entities. I, (along with my 2 children), unfortunately, rented from Kirschner from 2011-2015. It was the only thing available due to a time crunch. It was occupied when I viewed it, was not happy with the condition when I moved in. The house I rented was over 30yrs old, and almost everything had to be replaced due to age and functionality. Never ANY Problems – My wife and I have been dealing with Kirschner for 2 years now as a tenant in a property and have found them to be curteous, pleasant & prompt, and very helpful. From showing the property to taking care of the 2 times we needed something serviced or addressed - it was handled promptly and at our convenience.
TOO LAZY TO SHOW PROPERTY – I found a house for rent that I absolutely loved. We haven't lived in this area for a really long time and we were also trying to get an idea of the different neighborhoods. Our lease isn't up until around the end of June. I called and asked to see this property. I did notice on another website that this property has been available for 39 days already. Excellent Service – Kirschner has handled my property for fifteen years with diligence and concern for our tenants. At least one of these complainers left the house a complete disaster. I wish my properties in another state were handled with the same excellent level of care.

Thieves – My family rented from this company and they ripped them off. They WILL lie to you to get you to rent with them.

These people took my money :( – These people took my money even though I spent my own money to fix up thier home. Do not trust these people. I only have my SS and they took it :(
