i got roofing repair estimates for my down town warehouse from 5 roofing contractors, price wise this company was towards the lower side, so i decided to give them a try by just repairing my flat roof. It was an excellent job. They stoped the leak. So i gave them next project, they recently finished replacing whole roof of my warehouse, concrete and stucco walls in the down town area, again price was very realistic and roof looks vey nice and tight. Take my word and do give them a try. Thanks

I live in saint louis city and i had an emergency situistion with my flat roof, it started leaking in my bed room right above my bed. I had to fix it right away so i called 4 roofing contractors, they all tried to take advantage of my situiation and gave me unbelieveably high estimates. Then my brother referred me to Kirkwood. i own 5 properties, i have used kirkwood roofing several time. They have always done the job right. I have observed that these contractors are perfectionist and i never have to stay at the property or to check on their work. When you can trust some one like this you not only save your time, your energies but you also get quality work. Its like building a relation in parallel to work. Kirkwood Roofing was excellent, workers were great and on time, I would use them again. Good Clean up also. Our roof was leaking and we needed a repair asap. Kirkwood Roofing came out the same day to check out our problem and began work the next day. Great service! They gave us a free estimate and their price was reasonable. We were thrilled that the process was so painless.

This is the first time I've had to get my roof fixed and the guys from kirkwood roofing really did a fantastic job. Since my knowlege of home improvement and roofing is pretty much non-existent, they could have easily taken advantage of that and over-charged me. My experience was quite the opposite. They justified every cost down to the shingle and really educated me on the process. Bottom line is they turned out to be honest, professional and got the job done in a timely manor.

Really nice to work with. The crew was organized and everyone seemed to know exactly what to do. The men did a reallly nice job. i asked joe, the owner if he could rebuild an old chimney. They dismantled the chimney to the roof-line and rebuilt it with new brick. My wife and I are very pleased.

Thanks Kirkwood Roofing for a wonderful job. We are very satified with this company and their work. We have lived in our home for 38 years and we have always paid for our roof and done the work ourselves. We are older now so doing our roof was out of the question. We had this nice man come to our home and told us we might qualify for our insurance to pay for our roof and they would be able to repair our roof with great crews. We were very skeptical that our insurace would pay for our roof and we wouldnt have to do anything. ... read more

Kirkwood Roofing did a roofing project on my townhome. This was by far the best experience I've had with a roofer in saint louis. They came out and fixed my flat roof, walked me through every step of the way and made me feel comfortable with the project. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.
