Great customer service! Very courteous and helpful with questions and traversing the lift. Great set up! Yelena gave great instruction to get me back in the snowboard.
Great assistance with planning our day. Our 10 and 8 year old learned to ski with an awesome instructor! We got back on the snow with great ease with a pick up lesson and awesome guidance. We will definitely be back to Kirkwood!
Anybody who gives this place less than five stars Shldnt ride there again, there are only two mountains that matter in California and one of them is Kirkwood!!! Its got a small-town charm with a big mountain feel you learn to ride here you can ride anywhere!
Great resort. Bad planning on management. Long lift ticket lines the day after Xmas. Really only one ticket area open! Then when I went to say something, costumer service did not have/could not find the proper form for me to fill out. I've visited 3 different resorts in 3 different days and got far better service at the other reports. The errand boy sent by a grocery clerk to collect a bill, was no help either, basically telling me to email Vail headquarters.

Have been skiing/snowboarding here the past 3 days. This place is awesome and the conditions are perfect. The entire staff (ticket sales, instructors, lift operators and lodge) were all super awesome too. They are all so friendly, helpful and nice! The runs are groomed perfectly, there are so many to choose from and they are super fun! We had an amazing time and the lift lines were almost non existent.
