I have skied Rare Earth/Kirkwood since the first year they opened, about 42 years ago. I have skied NY, Colorado, Utah, Montana, Oregon, Alaska, and all over Calif. Kirkwood owns my skiing soul🍀
I'll always remember February 12 as an epic blue bird day skiing at Kirkwood. Great folks running the show there, wind-blown powder/packed powder, very short lift lines, The Wave and Happiness Is. all of the runs were excellent! Can't wait to go back!!!
Amazing place. We took a snowboarding lesson and our instructor was really good.
