Huge shout out to Kirkwood Heating and Cooling. After being out of town this weekend we come home to no heat. They were here , on a Sunday within an hour and spent two hours fixing our unit. Doug with Kirkwood is the best! Huge Thank You!!

Sorry, I just can't use this company again. $92 just to walk in the door, listed on bill as "Travel Charge". Then another $156 to replace a $10 part. Total time at my home was (maybe) 30 minutes, total bill $248. Grant it, after I called to question the bill they gave us a $15 rebate. This is just not good business practice. The sad thing is they use to be my go-to-company, not only for me, but my whole family.

We've been a loyal customer of KHAC for the last 10 years. Whether it's annual maintenance, a problem with our AC on a 95 degree day, replacement of our central air system, or assisting with a wiring issue for our smart thermostats, they've always been great.
My furnace recently stopped working on of course, a Saturday. After researching HVAC company's on-line I called Kirkwood HVAC hoping I could get someone to come out on Monday. I was so happy when Tyler immediately called me back and said he could be out within the hour. He arrived in about 45 minutes and had my furnace running almost immediately. I have dealt with Kirkwood Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. This particular appointment was quickly scheduled. Tyler showed up at the early end of my window, was polite and courteous, but also friendly. He answered my questions, explained everything to me and was finished quickly. We started having trouble with our AC on Saturday afternoon. KHAC was there within an hour and a half of my call. They were able to diagnose and fix our air conditioning within fifteen minutes! We truly are grateful for their emergency service!
