As long as I've been going to Kirkwood Grady and Pharmacy I had the worst experience ever the new young lady name kenndy( In the Pharmacy)was so rude and disrespectful. People are sick and come to get there Medication not to be brush off. Customers Service is very important we as patients/ or members are the reason the staff has a job.If you don't have the heart or care about your members find another career.
