I had such a positive experience at Kirkwood Center, and I have to highlight Gilene in particular. Her mannerism was the most pleasant and welcoming I’ve encountered in a long time. She greeted me with genuine warmth, patience, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but also makes you feel truly cared for as a person. Gilene is an absolute asset to the center—her kindness and attentiveness made my visit outstanding
I normally don’t write reviews but now i feel like i need to. Her name is escaping me right now but i think it’s Gillian. She has a beautiful accent Avery warm. She was so nice, respectfull and made me feel welcome. I am glad she started with this agency. She’s always smiling and always making sure we are okay.
I go here but I have to come every 3 months witch I believe is Bull the Waite time is crappy weather your early or on time so many times I have wanted to just walk out and say **** it ... trying to find a place that does come to your home and provide treatment and meds or even if I have to do it on line
I don't feel welcomed here. There is a sign that says "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". I was in jeopardy of having chart closed. I attended virtual meetings sent proof ect. I contacted higher up. My chart closed 10 days ago. So it was open for a month and after being investigated you didn't think to share so I could make an apt and not try and kill myself
