Great Management Melissa made the process very easy. She was warm and welcoming and addressed every concern that we had! Beautiful apartment with an adorable patio. Quiet too! Great location

Love Living At Kings Creek! I have lived at Kings Creek for 5 years. New management and owners brought wonderful upgrades to our community. The staff has been very helpful whenever needed. Even called to check on me when I was sick. The pool is great this time of the year. My dog loves running free in the dog park. I would recommend Kings Creek to anyone looking for a home.
Nice place to live. I love everything about my community. My neighbors are great. My apartment feels like home. The manager has a genuinely kind spirit. Quiet area.
Management The manager Mrs. Tammy is absolutely amazing. She’s been such a blessing to me and my boyfriend since the day we moved in. Anything we needed got fixed immediately and if not, she did everything in her power to make sure it got fixed. She’s so understanding and caring about each and every one of her tenants. One of the best managers an apartment could have!
Management The manager Tammy W is such a blessing to me and my family. She will always make sure her tenants voices are heard. This was the best move when management was newly appointed. The grounds look better and it may need some updating but a quiet place to live. Tammy and her team are fabulous!!
Wouldn't live here for free! They have bed bugs, and they make you pay $400 to get rid of them! And the managers are extremely rude and unprofessional! Would not recommend living there.
Cosy comfort, and convenience My apartment is nestled among the pines in the perfect location of town. Not only am I less then 5 minutes from my job, I am less then 5 minutes from anything I want to do; supermarkets, farmers markets, restaurants, the park, nightlife, and more!! If it's all about location, then mine is perfect!!!
