RecommendedKnowledgeable, honest, local ownership that uses the equipment they sell. Service is among the best I have ever seen including Trek company store in Madison, Wisconsin. Selection is great, and between new and used bicycles there is something from expert to novice. I have bought 7 bikes from Kirk's and had other bike serviced there with great results every time

The guys at Kirk's are absolutely amazing. I came in with my mountain bike and the most vague description of what was wrong with it: "it sounds funny when I ride, and it's hard to shift down". Dropped the bike off, went to work, and it was ready and fixed when I got off work three hours later! They realigned the gears and even oiled my chain up. Now my bike sounds like it did when it was new and I could not be happier! Thanks guys!
