Amazing experience. They went above and beyond offering some super helpful tips even though we showed up right before closing. They also were honest about my tire tread and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. We will be back.

I cannot thank you enough for taking the time along with sharing your knowledge and expertise to find the perfect bicycle for me! I purchased a Townie Electra 2 weeks ago today and as of this morning, I’ve ridden 50 miles which is amazing for me.
I called and spoke to Dave who took all the time I need to discuss the bike I wanted. He didn’t think they had it but he searched and found one. Called me back and had it built that day. I drove 2 hours to pick it up and it was well worth it. Dave and the rest of the staff were pleasant, informative, and don’t try to up sell me anything. It’s nice to deal with businesses that still treat customers the way they should. Kirks has gained a life customer today.
I got the cutest red 1970s Columbia sports 3 bike yesterday at Kirk’s Bike Shop and today got a new bell, basket, and lock. All for only a little over $200. I am more excited for this than I probably should be but it’s in such good condition and just riding it around today to run errands was amazing. They saw me looking in the window like a kid in front of a toy store and let me and my friend in to look after they were closed and it was incredibly nice.
