Received a damaged package and notified the vendor. The company immediately sent a replacement product. Great customer service and will definitely spend my hard earned money with them again.
Horrible customer service. I never received my package through FedEx. I contacted FedEx made a missing package report and FedEx said the merchant would have to file a missing package claim. I talked to the wife and she said they not losing no money or product so there was nothing they could do. They never filed a missing package claim with FedEx and I never received the package or refund. I was sent a nasty email accusing me of trying to take advantage of their small business after they did nothing to help me as a customer.
