Love Dr. Lai, and the entire staff!! So professional, and they are perfectionists- my daughters teeth look amazing. Can't wait for my twins to get theirs done!!

The doctors have gone above and beyond what is reasonable to expect from an orthodontic practice. Their kindness and gentleness shown to my child with anxiety problems was wonderful. I have felt like part of a team to help my children. I appreciate their wait-and-see attitude for my younger children instead of a rush to make change.
Over half the time they screwed up indoor field putting the wire into the proper brackets on my molars.
Friendly and professional. Great attention to the smallest details. I would highly recommend.
