I left my watch at the store for repair over 4 months ago, and it still hasn’t been fixed. The store never gets in touch, no emails, nothing at all. I had to go there in person to ask about the watch, and they told me they would get back to me. It’s been more than a week since then, and I still haven’t heard anything. I have to keep going to the store myself every time, which is extremely frustrating. Terrible experience.

I was already having a rough day, but Yari reminded me how powerful a smile and positive energy can be in turning things around.
