I just left the Rolex store in Miami Brickell and honestly, I’m annoyed. From the moment I walked in, the women there didn’t seem welcoming at all. I felt like I was going back and forth just to even be considered for a waitlist that they most likely wouldn’t call me for. I was actually so happy when I randomly bumped into the store while doing some shopping during lunch — but the whole experience messed up my day. What an amazing experience had I today visiting this dealer. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, they showed me around and I was able to try some of the watches including few new releases. Highly recommend.
