Dr. John Kirk is a Colorado native who grew up in Estes Park, and he is honored to serve the community in which he has spent the vast majority of his life. Our team provides treatment for common eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment and other retinal issues.

Outstanding Service I had a diabetic eye exam in August 2006 & 2007. On both visits the wait time was not long to see Dr. Kirk. He explained what was happening, or actually not happening, to my eye sight, which was of course great news. I recommend this place. If still in the Denver area next year, I'll drive the 50 miles and return there for my annual appointment.
New Eye Center ...slow How can I rate Kirk Eye Center? My appointment was soon after the new center opened. The building is lovely, but the waiting time was abominable. There seemed to be MANY people waiting, and I ended up not seeing Dr. Kirk for 1.5 HOURS! I was checked in, had eye "test", and eyes dilated soon after I arrived, but then I waited a LONG time before seeing the doctor. No particular reason was given when I questioned waiting for 45 minutes to see Dr. Kirk. I like him, but not the way the center was operating.
