After terrible experiences with two big chain jewelry stores at the mall, I decided to go to Kirk & Co. They have always had the best service and been so kind. They offer to clean our jewelry every time we go there, even jewelry we did not purchase from them. I bought a manly band which needed resized. There is a 45 dollar exchange fee after 30 days, which I was willing to pay. But when I got there, they told me not worry about the fee so I got to exchange my ring for a different size for free.
