It brought back so many beautiful memories, the service is very good and the food choices are excellant.I especially liked the white tablecloths and attention to our needs....water,tea,coffee,etc.,without being intrusive.Steaks cooked to our order exactly.

Kirbys is still (again) one of Dallas best steak houses. The tenderloin on a cedar plank was perfect and the redfish maybe even better. Only regret was no espresso coffee to go with dessert, but that didnt hurt our rating.

I too was shocked that all the items were ala carte. Potato extra, salad extra,Salt and pepper..I think they were free. Ill have to check the HUGE bill.I would never recommend this restaurant
Kirbys is great food, and I especially like their Prime Rib served Thur-Sat only. Agree somewhat with the comments on ala carte, but Kirbys is still a great deal for some of the best cuts of steak in Dallas, i.e. better value than most other steakhouses. I generally go with the RANDY TAR PRIME RIB and Saut�ed Mushrooms, which I recommend highly. Eat a large prime rib or a large steak and less ala carte vegetables and you get a great deal.
