RecommendedThis was my first time to Dr. Kirby, and it was the Enumclaw office. They were able to get me in on short notice. The entire staff was very warm, kind and professional and the office was clean. Dr. Kirby was kind enough to fix my broken bonded lower retainer at no charge, even though he didn't perform the original work. Who does that these days? I will be bringing my 7 year old in for his future orthodontic work for sure as it was a wonderful experience. Thank you!
I would give 10 stars if I could. My daughters permanent retainer came out the day before she left to return to college in Pullman. Her ortho’s office was closed again so I frantically called Kirby Nelson to see if they could help her. They told me to bring her right over. They were so kind and caring. They reglued her retainer in a matter of minutes. She isn’t even their patient. This type of customer service is almost unheard of. Thank you again Kirby Nelson Orthodontics.
The Friday before Thanksgiving my permanent retainer came unglued. I called Kirby Orthodontics and Ellen saw me right away. I was leaving town the next day and it was painful. I have never experienced such excellent service from a medical professional. I highly recommend Kirby Orthodontics! Thank you Ellen!

My daughter just got her braces off and we couldn’t be happier with are overall experience!
While on vacation from out of state my daughter realized she had forgotten her rubber bands for her braces. The staff at Kirby Nelson Orthodontics went above and beyond to make sure she got the proper sized rubber bands and enough for the entire length of our vacation. Can’t say thank you enough...their help and kindness was amazing!
Super nice people and great service. As hard as it is they make the orthodontist pretty fun and if they weren’t so bad I’d want to wear braces forever to keep coming back here.
