They were unclear, unaccomodating, and showed no compassion. The coroner spoke with us but stated that he worked for the funeral home. He told us the body would not be viewable only to find out later that it was. Terrible service and frankly a conflict of interest having the coroner on the payroll of a funeral home!

I have never seen a funeral home treat a family, grieving the loss of a loved one, as poorly as they did our family during the loss of my niece. When a child comes from a split family you should be accommodating to both sides of the family and provide the same amount of understanding and respect to each family no matter the circumstance! I will never recommend your services to anyone and I will tell our story, for as long as I live, so that no one else will have to endure the pain and hurt that we did from your funeral home.

They did a wonderful job. To lisa.....you did a great service to Kaila. She looked beautiful and we cant thank you enough for that. The visitation and service went very well. The staff is very accomodating and will do thier best to make sure your loved one is properly taken of and the families needs are met. I would highly recommend JC Kirby and son.

Thank you so much J.C. KIRBY y'all made the death of my Father more bearable. Y'all made him look so handsome & 20 yrs. younger. My family's hearts are broken it's gonna take a long time for us to heal, knowing he's in heaven waiting on us makes me happy. Again thanks so much your employees are awesome Eric you done a great job getting things together & showing our options made it so much easier to cope with & putting our pictures on CDs so we could see our memories of dad & the love we have for him on the memory tree.
