Dr. Kirby is competent and conservative, the latter being of great importance to patients with vision issues. Her choices and recommendations always seem to be made with patient outcome and safety as guiding principles. We have complete confidence in Dr. Kirby both clinically and as a surgeon.
Dr. Kirby is the greatest. I have to have injections in my eyes due to macular degeneration and barely feel them. I've entrusted my vision to her.
Highly skilled doc who has a very kind heart. She truly cares about her patients and her work. I've trusted her with my eye issues due to diabetes and she fixed me. She has a great sense of humor as well!
She is awesome. Answered all my questions twice, very patient, understanding, and informative. Then she did my cataract surgery and blew my mind. She exceeded all my expectations. I have worn glasses since third grade (now 60) and two days post surgery NO GLASSES. I could not be happier. I have recommended her to everyone I know. Several have ditched their doctors and made appointments with her. My husband switched doctors after 5 years with his guy and loves her. She is the best.
I really like Dr Kirby. When she removed my cataracts, she gave me her personal telephone number in case of any problem. I had no problems with either of my surgeries. She takes Medicare. We have become friends over the years. We swap stories about our travels and books we like. She is simply a nice lady as well as an excellent doctor. I highly recommend you go to her.
