Kirby Construction built our home in Santa Rosa Beach. We occupied the house in early 2020. It’s now 4 years later and it’s been extraordinarily solid with only a couple minor repair issues. From the time we signed a design agreement until we occupied was a bit under a year. They were great to work with.

Working with Kirby Construction was a fantastic experience. We built a custom home on 30A. Scott and Steve went above and beyond. The difference is in the details and it shows. We built long distance and I wouldn't trust anybody else to do it!
