Just now finding out 3 years later that these guys reported minor damage/repairs on my car to C.L.U.E without my knowledge, and now when I'm shopping for insurance it just raised my rate $300 on a 6 month policy. Now I'm not a "Safe" driver according to progressive. THANKS GUYS 🥰
On Friday, May 9th, my daughter and I visited the dealership and ended up leasing a new vehicle (the Kia K4) after trading in our 2016 Kia Optima. We needed some front bumper repairs. From the initial estimate to the final result we found the service to be excellent. Repairs were completed much quicker than expected and the car looked beautiful! Thank you!
My husband and I came in today looking for a preowned vehicle and we met Bobby. He was so helpful in showing us options and talking us through our family’s needs. He Incredibly wonderful to work. Definitely ask for him if you’re looking for a new or pre owned vehicle he will make you feel like part of his family! .
I took my truck in for some paint damage and a bumper repair. Everything went ok until I picked up my truck and discovered they had broken my door locking mechanism. The service rep Mike offered to have me take it to the dealer to have it fixed, which was great. but they left me stranded without a vehicle and no ETA on the when I would get my truck back, the dealership won't give me any info since I am not the one paying for the repair.
