My husband and I came in today looking for a preowned vehicle and we met Bobby. He was so helpful in showing us options and talking us through our family’s needs. He Incredibly wonderful to work. Definitely ask for him if you’re looking for a new or pre owned vehicle he will make you feel like part of his family! .
I took my truck in for some paint damage and a bumper repair. Everything went ok until I picked up my truck and discovered they had broken my door locking mechanism. The service rep Mike offered to have me take it to the dealer to have it fixed, which was great. but they left me stranded without a vehicle and no ETA on the when I would get my truck back, the dealership won't give me any info since I am not the one paying for the repair. Brought my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek for scratches on the side (garage encounter). Eddie Banos (asst manager) was personable, professional, and totally resolved the problem with no charge! I had tried a few rubbing compounds that were highly rated but were ineffective. I highly recommend the Kirby Body shop and especially Mr. Banos!
Let me start by saying that I drove about an hour from my house to have my car repaired here. I own a Subaru and per Subarus website, this center is certified Subaru of America for collision repairs. I also work for AAA and many of our customers have great things to say about this body shop. Hands down, best decision made. These guys brought my car back to brand new!
