Dr. Cooley and her staff are just amazing! The quality of care they provide is what to be expected
Dr. Cooley seems nice enough. She is somewhat short in her responses which can be viewed negatively. Overall, I was more disappointed with the wait times and scheduling of appointments rather than my interaction with her directly. I feel like her appointments are rescheduled really close together and she does not have the time to commit to each patient as she should.
Dr Cooley is a great doctor. She listens, and has a great bedside manner. She's really smart and is thoughtful about how a patient's care.
Made appt for annual exam for my daughter. That's all I wanted done. I expressed that many times. However the nurse advised me we could discuss birth control and there would be no additional charge. However, the next month, I got a bill for $117. I have called my insurance and the dr office many times to get this resolved and to find out they billed for something that didnt happen. I finally called office and told them I will pay this bill but remove my daughter and myself from patient list.
From the time I called and scheduled an appointment,I knew I called the right OB/Gyn office. The warm and caring voice on the other end gave me hope and and reassurance! "Heidi" gave me step by step directions and I found the office with no problem. I love Dr. Cooley! Her warm and caring smile confirmed that I found the right doctor. She took her time, answered my questions and I look forward to working with her. I'm so blessed to be a patient at Bartlett Women's Clinic. I feel like I'm family
I thought she was a nice doctor overall but very bad with communication. She ordered a prescription for my girlfriend without telling her about it. Then when the ultrasound tech came to get Dr. Cooley after finding no heartbeat, she said she was sorry without telling us there was no heartbeat first. Then Dr. Cooley sent us to the ER instead of labor and delivery (who was looking for us). You should strongly consider going somewhere else other than Bartlett Women’s Clinic.
Dr. Cooley and the entire staff at Bartlett Women's Clinic are awesome! Very professional and very caring!
I loved my experience with dr. Cooley throughout my pregnancy. The whole staff is very nice. Prenatal appointments were always very fast and straight to the point. I never had a wait longer than 10 minutes. I have already reccommended her to another expecting mother.
Dr. Cooley took me as a transfer patient late in pregnancy, the office was kind and always listened to any concerns. I wish I would have found Dr. Cooley sooner! The birth of my son was enjoyable I can't say enough good things about Dr. And her team!
