This place is terrible! They dont know their products at all. Bought a new Kioti and already having to reach out to Kioti Corporate Office for REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ridiculous experience.
You know these guys sounded so good when you were buying a tractor. I bought a tractor from them a couple of months ago. They’ve never furnished all the paperwork with it. It’s already broken. I’ve called them. They don’t call you back. They just drop you they make the sale they get your money And they just throw you in the trash. I wouldn’t recommend them to buy a tricycle.
I found Kiote of Ft Worth web page on google, I believe I left a question on the page about whether they had the CS2520 was looking for. Ben called me the next day talked to me told me about the Cx2510, what if could do. And me pictures and prices of both. My questions went on for couple of months. I bought the Cx2510, with grapple, backhoe, and forks. They delivered the tractor on time, and working, with no issues. I go to this dealership to get my tractor looked at. I thought i might have had an oil leak. My tire would not hold air also the cap for the windshield washer fluid was broken. I purchased my tractor from a different dealer.But I took it here because it was closer. They look over my tractor come to find out. I did not have an oil leak, which I was thankful for.
