I really like the location of Kinsley Forest, they are close to everything. The apartments are nice as well, it has been wonderful being the first tenant to live in them. I am looking forward to enjoying the pool and other outdoor amenities next summer.
Kinsley Forest has been GREAT to my boyfriend and I! We came to just look at the new apartment community a couple months ago. We absolutely fell in love when we toured!! The leasing agent, Briana, was phenomenal and made us feel very welcomed! We decided to move in to our new apartment here at Kinsley Forest in December! We are so excited to meet our new neighbors and live in a new community! Great job, and keep up the amazing work Kinsley Forest!
I just moved to KC and could not have picked a better place to live! The floor plans are very open and spacious. The community is well-kept and the one or two times I had a maintenance request, it was taken care of quickly and Management followed up with me to ensure it was completed to satisfaction. It’s quiet, my neighbors are friendly, and people actually clean up after their animals. I also can’t say enough great things about the office staff - very professional and friendly!
I love living at Kinsley! I feel like my apartment is my own oasis. It is modern and the floor plan is great. I love the location and feel like it’s close enough to the city to enjoy city life and my commute to work but far enough out for advantages like shopping (Hy Vee down the street) and a development surrounded by trees. The gym is great with an awesome Wellbeats classes that you take on your own time. I toured a ton of apartments and kept coming back to this one and I’m happy I did!
What an outstanding apartment complex. Wonderful location everything's just great about this place
