RecommendedKinsley is a great community to live in! The facilities are kept clean and maintained well! You are able to live nice and close to downtown without having to live in the hustle and bustle! The staff is always very friends and super helpful!
I have lived in Kinsley Forests Apartments for almost a year now and it has been an amazing experience! I would recommend any of my friends and family to such a nice community. I think my favorite thing would be the 24 hour gym that any resident can use!

This is an amazing place to live!!! The management is top notch and maintenance crew is very responsive!!! I live living here!! They have monthly get togethers and residents are very respectful and nice!!! Pet friendly is an understatement!!! They treat pets like royalty!! Dog park is a great amenity as well!!! You would not regret picking this as your new home!! Great price and amenities
Kinsley Forest is a beautiful community to be a part of. It is private yet 10 minutes from everything you'll need. The modern touches in each unit make it feel exclusive! I highly recommend living at Kinsley Forest. The units are super nice and well maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is very personable! They also host a ton of resident events so there's always something to look forward to!
Moving into Kansas City without being able to physically go apartment hunting, I was pleasantly surprised by how outstanding these apartments are. I talk not only in esthetics and layouts of the apartments and the complex itself, service here is quite pleasant, and accessibility to the things you’ll need are very convenient as well. If I had to do it again, I’d make the same decision to live here.
I have lived here for a year now and it has been great. From my experience, the management and maintenance teams are there for you when you need it and will respond in a timely manner. Super pet friendly, it seems like 1/2 the tenants here have pets! The price is a good deal for the apartment and amenities. The pool area is nice.
