RecommendedI absolutely love living here, there is always something fun going on here. The staff treat you like family they are absolutely amazing.
My fiancé and I moved into a one bedroom here ten months ago, and we are in love with the place! We are both new to the city, and have felt safe, welcomed, and love the surrounding area. The front office staff have made the transition seamless. I have a 10 minute drive to school, and it almost never is busy on I-29 driving south into the city. I have only had one maintenance request and it was fixed within two hours of my submission.
I have lived at many apartment complexes in the past 7 years and this place is by far my favorite! The apartment layout is very open and spacious. There are plenty of windows that bring in natural light. I really enjoy having the nest system as I have seen a difference in helping lower my utilities cost. I love that the office staff all remember my name every time I go to the clubhouse. It’s also very clean around the complex.
Me and my husband we’ve been living here since 2018! We love it here! Beautiful amenities, a clubhouse to reserve for hours for family and friends gatherings! Maintenance is on point and very prompt! Staff members are very professional, welcoming and helpful! Our apartment is GORGEOUS! Layout 😍! Very spacious! We’ve recently renewed our lease ! That should say something! We just love it here!
Amazing place to live! More than accommodating staff. Any issues are dealt with in a very timely fashion. Community is very friendly and active all around the campus. I would highly recommend living here, especially for the price. Top notch amenities as well!
My boyfriend and I love Kinsley Forest. Our apartment is stunning and the girls who work in the office were so helpful in finding us exactly what we needed. The apartments are modern and open and I feel safe living in this area. The pool is nice to use and the clubhouse has a workout room with just about everything that you need. Looking for a nice comfortable, peaceful, quiet place? With up to date amenities, great views, and includes a washer and dryer? Great friendly helpful staff, and fast and advocate maintenance crew! Kinsley is the place for you. Oh I forgot to mention! Pet friendly with great amenities such as a dog park for them. Come join us before the summer that way you’ll be able to enjoy the pool, grill and newly built hammocks!! You won’t regret one bit!!
