Do not go with this firm. I paid over 9,000 dollars and My lawyer Scott Kinshella, I feel, did close to nothing for me in my case. He would take sometimes over a week just to respond to an email or not even respond at all. He didn't take the time to really inform me of the possible outcomes of the case. He often gives bad advice. The worst transgression was that he told me that I could not be involved in an important hearing by phone in my case when it turns out I could be.
