Very good experience. They fit me into schedule on a Saturday, called ahead, got right to work, fixed the problem, explained the situation and some preventive things to do, cleaned up, provided detailed receipt. Very professional and as best I can tell everything is working great now. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I have set up an appointment 3 times and they no showed all 3 times. no call to tell me they could not show, no call or apology or attempt to reschedule or ANY communication what so ever. They used to be a good company, but not so anymore.

I WOULD NOT recommend this company. I had a very similar experience as the 1 star review by Marcus Steade. Which indicates this is a repeating issue with this company. I Waited 5 days as that was their 1st available...No problem with that. Slow draining tub. I informed the guys that came out I had used a gallon of main line cleaner 3-4 days prior and it had helped, the tub drained quicker than before. We still used the shower and likely had about 100 gallons of water run through it after using the drain cleaner. I showed the... read more
