Poor maintenance, dog waste everywhere Do NOT live here! I moved in here after college and it has been nothing but problem after problem. My apartment floods from the ceiling leaking every 4-6 weeks and they come to "fix" it every time but it keeps happening. Dog waste covers the grass throughout the neighborhood. Packages get stolen or lost constantly. And if you ever try to terminate your lease due to such issues there will be a fee of 2 months rent on the day you move out. Please avoid this neighborhood!!

Prospective Resident I have not yet moved in to Kingswood, however I am planning to in March. I have been working with Briea from the leasing department. Briea is amazing, and has been vital to my decision to come to Kingswood. As a first time apartment renter, I was nervous and confused during a lot of this process. Good enough Hi there! I moved to Kingswood apartments 7 months ago, in January, 2016. Most people check and reads reviews before renting an apartment. It is kind of difficult times to decide where to move. Some reviews are positives, while some not. I would like to share my experience to help people. Not so good experience First the good things about Kingswood. It has a nice location. It has two bus routes (124 and 125), an Indian grocery store, Tim Briggs office, Laundromat, Gym, fitness club, one Chinese restaurant and somehow nice and gentle maintenance stuff. That's all. My Own Little Happy Home For the last ten months, I have lived at Kingswood Apartments in King of Prussia, Pa. As a recent graduate of West Chester University, I needed to find an affordable place for me and my puppy. Kingswood welcomed both of us with open arms, and I have been more than happy with the community since day 1. Kingswood apt One of the best appartments. I have lived there for 20 years. It is close to main roads and, one of the largest Malls in the US.

apt review The apartment is very basic in terms of amenities. The area is nice since it is closer to the king of prussia mall. There is no washer/ dryer in units. Carpet flooring, kitchen is small and old. A/C units in the units. The bathroom is small and basic. No granite countertops. Nothing fancy to expect. It is a generic apartment and very overpriced.

Absolutely recommend!!! Recently, my boyfriend and I moved across the country to PA. It was time for a change! But being that we were states away, it made finding a nice place very difficult for us.
