Positives: affordable rent, children's playground, all electric (no gas bill), and energy efficient LED lights. For this, I will give you two stars, instead of one. Negatives: The grounds and trash area are fairly dirty. Neither maintence nor the secretary regularly walk the grounds to pick up litter. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This complex is filled with drug trafficking. 90 percent of its tenants receive section 8 while the other 10 percent are hard working people. It’s constant traffic in and out of the complex due to drug trafficking. The property grounds are always nasty. It’s not quiet due to the trafficking at all hours of the night. The units themselves are old and outdated.
